The site works like this – they post a contest and based on the contest rules you create an image using Adobe Photoshop – the winners are choose based on votes – so feel free to vote for me :o )

The most common contests is one where the site provides you a source graphic and you have to manipulate it to create something different. Since this is a community of talented people the competition is tough but they are fun to participate in and hopefully it will keep me creative :o )
